Understand our rules
Booking & Confirmation
Submit your party request form online.
Important: Submission does not confirm your booking. A Cruzzme team member will contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability.
A non-refundable deposit (1/3 of the total) is due at confirmation.
Arrival & Setup
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled party time to allow for setup and check-in.
Parties will start and end promptly at the scheduled time. Additional time may result in extra charges.
Clean-Up
Clean-up is included in your party package! However, we kindly ask that guests dispose of large trash and personal belongings before leaving.
Animal Ride Add-Ons
Animal rides are not included in the party package and must be booked separately as an add-on.

Activity Selection
Activities must be selected in advance. All activity materials are priced per child.
Changes to selected activities should be made at least 48 hours prior to your party date.
Cancellations & Changes
To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations will result in forfeited deposits.
