Booking is easy, just follow the 3 simple steps below! Be sure to read everything so you don’t miss a thing.

Understand our rules 

Booking & Confirmation

  • Submit your party request form online.

  • Important: Submission does not confirm your booking. A Cruzzme team member will contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability.

  • A non-refundable deposit (1/3 of the total) is due at confirmation.

Arrival & Setup

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled party time to allow for setup and check-in.

  • Parties will start and end promptly at the scheduled time. Additional time may result in extra charges.

Clean-Up

  • Clean-up is included in your party package! However, we kindly ask that guests dispose of large trash and personal belongings before leaving.

Animal Ride Add-Ons

  • Animal rides are not included in the party package and must be booked separately as an add-on.

  • Ride time and pricing vary. Visit our homepage or speak with a team member to view our animal ride prices.

Activity Selection

  • Activities must be selected in advance. All activity materials are priced per child.

  • Changes to selected activities should be made at least 48 hours prior to your party date.

Cancellations & Changes

  • To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations will result in forfeited deposits.

  • Let the magic begin! At our Magic Beads Workshop, party guests will create their very own enchanting bracelets using a colorful mix of beads, sparkly charms, and magical cords. With endless combinations to choose from, each child will design a one-of-a-kind treasure to take home and remember the fun!

  • Get ready to build, create, and imagine! In this LEGO party activity, kids can let their creativity run wild with free play or follow fun building guides to make awesome creations. From towers and castles to creatures and cars!

    Perfect for all ages and skill levels, this activity invites little builders to design their own brick masterpieces while having tons of party fun.

  • Let imaginations run wild! In this colorful party activity, kids will paint their very own animal figurines choosing from a selection of adorable creatures. Whether they want to create a rainbow zebra, a sparkly elephant, or a polka-dotted fox, the possibilities are endless!

All of our packages include a standard $175 fee, which covers essential costs associated with providing a safe, fun, and memorable experience for your event.
